What you’ll do
At Lama AI we’re transforming the way small business lending is done. We utilize the most cutting-edge AI to remove painful friction that has plagued users for decades, automating processes that have traditionally taken months of manual effort. Product is the focal point of our operation, encompassing strategy and execution, and connecting business, customer success, operations, and development.
As a Product Manager at Lama AI, you'll be the driving force behind day-to-day product execution — leading task management, writing clear specs, and ensuring alignment between problem and solution. You’ll take part in discovery, research, and delivery processes, working closely with various teams to move quickly and build real value.
The role is suited to someone who thrives under pressure, loves structure, and brings curiosity and ambition into every challenge — with a strong sense of ownership and a desire to make things happen.
Responsibilities
- Own hands-on execution: define problems, write specs, manage product tasks and timelines
- Prioritize work and ensure high-quality, timely delivery
- Conduct user research and continuously gather feedback
- Be a focal point within the company, working closely with engineering, design, customer success, and others
- Track the market and competition to inform product direction
Requirements
- Experience in B2B SaaS with global enterprise customers — a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Hebrew and English
- Strong organization, time management, and prioritization skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Curiosity, resilience, and a strong can-do attitude
