We’re looking for a thoughtful, driven, and hands-on Product Designer to help shape the user experience and visual language of our product. This isn’t just about making things look good (though we care about that a lot) - it’s about designing simple, intuitive, and polished experiences that solve real problems for real people.

As a key member of our fast-moving, collaborative team, you’ll play a central role in shaping our product. You’ll have plenty of autonomy, real ownership, and the support to turn good ideas into great ones.

• Design intuitive user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI for both core product areas and new features.
• Collaborate closely with the product manager, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into elegant design solutions.
• Take ideas from rough sketches all the way through to polished designs ready for development.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to ensure the best possible user experience.
• Continuously iterate on existing features - we know not everything is perfect on the first try.
• Help build and maintain our evolving design system and visual style.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.

• Proven experience as a product designer working on complex systems in a global B2B startup or technology environment.
• Strong sense of ownership - you care deeply about what you build and you’re not afraid to lead the design conversation.
• Excellent visual and interaction design skills, with a sharp eye for the little details that make a big difference.
• Proficiency in tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• A collaborative mindset - you’re open to feedback, comfortable defending your decisions, and great at communicating your design thinking.
• A passion for crafting clear, thoughtful user experiences backed by real user insights.
• Comfortable working independently as well as within a team, with the ability to prioritize and manage time across multiple projects.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your design process, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
