We are seeking a talented and passionate Product Designer to join our team. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, functional, and visually appealing products that address the needs of clients.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand user needs, product requirements, and business objectives.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs using industry-standard tools to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iteratively improve product designs and enhance user experiences.
• Translate complex ideas and requirements into elegant, user-friendly design solutions while maintaining brand consistency and usability principles.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing priorities and deadlines effectively in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into the design process.

• Proven experience working as a product designer, preferably in a B2B startup environment.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and justify design decisions based on data and user feedback.
• Experience working in an agile development environment.
• Portfolio showcasing a range of design projects demonstrating problem-solving skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
