What you’ll do
As an office manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our employees have the resources and support they need to be productive, that our office runs smoothly that and our growth is backed by top talents.
Responsibilities
- Managing day-to-day office operations
- Assisting with employee recruiting, onboarding, and off boarding
- Managing employee benefits and perks program
- Planning and coordinating company events and activities
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support company-wide initiatives and projects
- Assisting with recruiting top talent to support the company's growth
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Office Manager, Recruiter or similar role
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and highly energy character
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees and management
