Product is the focal point of our operation, encompassing strategy and execution, and connecting business, customer success, operations, and development.

We believe great product leaders are detail-oriented, lead by example, and are just as comfortable getting hands-on as they are defining strategy. As Director of Product, you’ll embody this belief — combining product ownership, execution, and team leadership to help us scale.

You’ll be responsible for driving delivery across the product team, coaching and leading our PM and product designer, and working closely with leadership to ensure we meet goals and move fast. The role includes significant exposure to customers and users, with an emphasis on understanding the problem space and driving fast, effective solutions.

• Ensure delivery of product outcomes and team alignment with company goals
• Lead and support the product manager and product designer
• Take part in hands-on discovery, decision-making, and execution as needed
• Be customer-facing and deeply understand user needs and pain points
• Serve as a focal point within the company, collaborating with engineering, design, customer success, and other functions
• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Drive product planning based on research, data, and market insights

• Experience in B2B SaaS with global enterprise clients, in both hands-on and leadership roles
• Strong leadership, product thinking, and decision-making skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Hebrew and English
• High resilience, adaptability, and a proactive, can-do mindset
