What you’ll do
As an HR manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our employees have the resources and support they need to be productive, that our growth is backed by top talents, and that our office runs smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Managing day-to-day office operations
- Assisting with employee recruiting, onboarding, and off boarding
- Managing employee benefits and perks program
- Planning and coordinating company events and activities
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support company-wide initiatives and projects
- Recruiting top talent to support the company's growth
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HR Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees and management
